    We've recently made some changes to the Support Knowledge Base and to the ProntoForms Product Documentation Portal. This post provides an overview of these changes, all designed to make our content easier for you to find and use.

    ProntoForms Product Documentation Portal

    The ProntoForms Product Documentation Portal is your gateway to the "what," "why," "when," and "how to" of ProntoForms features and functionality, including:
    • Feature descriptions
    • Videos and worked examples ("recipes")
    • Explanations of how the platform works
    • Procedures and processes
    • Technical reference material
    • Glossary

    Find out more about the documentation portal features and benefits.

    Knowledge Base

    We've streamlined the Knowledge Base content to help you find a solution when you have a specific issue or error. Articles include:
    • Passwords and Accounts
    • How to Contact Support
    • Issues with the ProntoForms Mobile App or Web Portal
    • How to Troubleshoot Integrations

    What you should do

    • You might want to change your bookmarks.
    • If you can't find something that used to be hosted in the Knowledge Base (https://support.prontoforms.com), try the ProntoForms Product Documentation Portal (https://docs.prontoforms.com).
