Our ServiceNow Integration allows incorporating data from your ServiceNow instance into ProntoForms. Data collected in the ProntoForms app can then be routed back to ServiceNow to create or update table records and attach formatted documents, images and uploaded files. The ServiceNow integration works with any solution built on the ServiceNow platform – from IT, Employee, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, to Creator Workflows. You can also leverage the ServiceNow mobile apps to launch ProntoForms to enhance your field agents' experience.
