A question I get asked often by new customers and new contacts joining existing customers is, what is the best approach to learning ProntoForms?

I think it's important to reflect on why you want to learn it first. Fully understanding why your organization has adopted ProntoForms will help drive your motivation to learn more about the platform.

ProntoForms allows companies to automate workflows and streamline processes through its powerful workflow engine. By defining rules, triggers, and approvals, companies can automate tasks such as work order assignments, equipment maintenance, quality control checks, and asset management. This automation eliminates bottlenecks, reduces response times, and ensures seamless coordination between different teams, resulting in improved productivity and operational efficiency.

Companies often face stringent compliance requirements and regulatory standards. ProntoForms helps ensure compliance by capturing accurate and auditable data, including timestamps, geo-location, and digital signatures. This creates a comprehensive audit trail that demonstrates compliance with regulatory authorities, enhances transparency, and mitigates compliance risks.

Here is how I would suggest new users approach learning ProntoForms.

Explore the ProntoForms website to familiarize yourself with the platform's features, capabilities, and benefits.

Access ProntoForms Learning Resources, we offer various learning resources to help users understand and master the platform. These resources include:

    a. Webinars and Training Sessions: Keep an eye out for webinars and training sessions we conduct. These sessions offer in-depth training, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions with experts, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and ask specific questions related to your use case. Our next Live Onboarding Primer Webinar is scheduled for Thursday, July 20th at 1:00pm EST and you can register HERE.

    b. Self-Paced On-Line Training: ProntoForms University provides self-paced lessons and video tutorials that walk you through various aspects of the platform. These tutorials cover topics like form creation, data collection, workflow automation and reporting. Note that ProntoForms University does require you to create a new account, this is not tied to your ProntoForms product password. But the good news is, this account is also the same account you'll use to access the ProntoForms Community. (both are free)

    c. Sign up for a ProntoForms Trial: ProntoForms offers a free trial period that allows you to explore and test the platform's features firsthand. Sign up for a trial account to gain practical experience in using ProntoForms and understanding its capabilities. During the trial, you can create sample forms, experiment with workflows, and familiarize yourself with the interface.

    d. ENGAGE with the ProntoForms Community: ProntoForms has an active user community where users can engage with fellow users, ask questions, and share experiences. Participate in the community forums to interact with other users and ProntoForms Staff, learn from their experiences, and seek guidance when needed.

    e. Documentation and Guides: Documentation and User guides are available from the ProntoForms Documentation Portal via These resources provide step-by-step instructions, best practices, and tips for using different features and functionalities.

Remember, learning ProntoForms may require some practice and experimentation. Start with small projects and gradually expand your knowledge and proficiency with the platform. With time and hands-on experience, you'll become more proficient in leveraging everything ProntoForms offers, for your specific needs.
