Here in Support, we sometimes receive tickets from multiple customers all asking the same, or a very similar, question. Today I want to quickly go over one such ticket talking about errors while generating custom excel documents attached to submissions. The common reason we are seeing our customers getting an error when generating custom excel documents is due to how single and multiple images are being mapped to the document.
It’s important to ensure that you are setting up these mappings properly or else you will receive an error.
For mapping a single image to the document, you can mention the cell range for that image and the label of the question you want to map the image from.
For mapping multiple images to the document, you must refer to each image using index numbers starting at [0]. These must each be manually mapped in the configuration tab of the document.
