V1 to V2 Form Conversion

    If you are trying to convert a V1 form that is locked, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager for support. Forms are often locked due to:
     
    • Complex destinations involving the use of unique IDs.
    • Connected analytics projects.
    • Custom PDF document connected to the form (this is the most common).
